SALARY: R1 494 900 per annum (all-inclusive package; 30% flexible structure)

REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate NQF Level 7 qualification recognized by SAQA in: Law / Business Management / Administration / Public Management / Finance / Accounting / Auditing. 5 years’ experience at senior managerial level in corporate governance or entity oversight

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Legislative and policy prescripts, corporate governance (public and private sector), Company law, Project management, Strategic planning, Risk management, National Treasury Regulations

Core competencies: Strategic capability & leadership, People management & empowerment, Client orientation and customer focus Change management

DUTIES: Manage and direct SOC governance frameworks and assurance tools Provide strategic support to executive management Manage governance reviews and AGM processes Provide advisory services on appointment and dismissal of board members Ensure compliance, financial control, and effective resource utilization Manage and develop staff within the Chief Directorate
